Front Tank Spreader
Designed for high output application, the Weaving Front Tank Spreader combines our proven front-mounted hopper with a retractable spreader boom. This creates a practical and versatile system for applying seed, fertiliser or any other granular products whilst allowing the tractor to maintain balanced weight distribution and allow the operator to monitor the machine during operation.

Front Tank Spreader Key Features
Simple Calibration
Calibration is simple and quick using the single point discharge chute and screw adjustable metering mechanism. Complete discharge of the hopper is made quick and easy with an emptying hatch. There is great access to the metering unit for calibration and emptying between the platform and the tank.
Hydraulic Fan
The Front Tank Spreader is fitted with a hydraulic fan as standard. This reduces the RPM on the tractor which in turn reduces fuel costs, gives more flexibility and precision with air flow and removes the requirement of having front PTO.
RDS Artemis Lite Controls
The Front Tank Spreader features electric metering through RDS Artemis Lite. This provides accurate dosing of seed, simple calibration, and the ability to change the seed rate on the move. The metering unit is suitable for all seeds with no need to replace the metering rollers.
Folding Wings
The spreader boom features folding outer wing sections that can be folded back on themselves and secured with locking pins for compact transport or narrower working widths. When operating at a reduced width, the corresponding outlets in the distribution head can be blocked off, allowing accurate application across only the active section of the boom while improving manoeuvrability in gateways, headlands and restricted areas.
Spreader Plates
Spreader plates are positioned at regular intervals along the boom to distribute seed or other products evenly across the full working width. Material is carried pneumatically through the seed hose before being directed onto each plate which fans the product out to create a consistent spread pattern. Positioning the plates close to the ground helps improve application accuracy and reduces the effect of wind ensuring reliable and uniform coverage.
Roll Over Hopper Cover
The durable roll over cover provides quick and effective protection to the hoppers contents. Easily rolled open for filling and secured closed during transport, use and storage.
