Key Features
Tines
The Weaving Power Harrow are equipped with quick release tines as standard. This allows for quick in-field replacement without a need for tools. The tine holders can be replaced if damaged or worn without replacing the entire rotor. The rotor shafts are forged from one piece of high-grade steel and are supported by two tapered bearings in a cast housing to guarantee constant alignment.
Packer
The 550mm full width packer roller consolidates the soil and creates a firm and level seedbed ready to be planted. The packer roller is hydraulically adjusted to set the working depth of the power harrow.
Gearbox
The heavy-duty cast iron multi-speed gearbox can be used at 540 or 1000rpm. At 1000rpm the power harrow will have a rotor speed of 350rpm.
Side boards
The side boards prevent soil spilling over the edges during the harrowing process. This ensures a uniform tillage depth across the entire width of the machine. Made from durable materials, these side boards are designed to withstand tough working conditions. The side boards are floating in slotted holes so that they can adjust to the working depth without dragging soil or bending.
Clod board
The levelling board is attached to the packer ensuring consistent movement when going over undulations. The board can then be independently adjusted using the turn handles. The clod board provides a level finish for the packer roller to then consolidate.
Folding
On all folding models, hydraulic locking catches engage when the machine is folded to ensure safe transport. By securely locking the wings together, the latches minimize the overall width during transport.
