Key Features
Cutting Discs
The 560mm scalloped discs are mounted on cast legs with rubber torsion bars providing shock absorption. The discs run at an aggressive angle which ensures penetration even on hard soil and ensures the whole width is fully worked. Each disc has a sealed bearing meaning less downtime and maintenance costs. The working depth of the discs can be adjusted hydraulically from the cab and also features aluminium spacers once the desired depth is found. Swinging adjustable side boards keep worked soiled within the width of the machine.
Legs
The 350mm wide legs feature replaceable points, shins and wings. Arranged across 2 rows with a large 2 meter spacing between both rows, the Raptor can manage a high throughflow of material. The 76cm underbeam clearance also helps with this. The legs are fixed to the frame using a double spring protection with an 800kg trip force and feature 30cm of travel preventing unwanted breakages and damage.
Levelling Discs
460mm scalloped levelling discs, 4mm thick and spaced for optimal soil flow. Mounted on forged steel hubs with rubber suspended, maintenance free bearings. The discs deliver excellent soil refinement after the tines, creating a level and even seedbed.
Roller
The heavy-duty 600 mm ⌀ disc roller with scraper bar ensures precise depth control and reliable performance. Its sharp discs cut through soil and break down clods effortlessly, leaving a smooth, fine seedbed that improves crop establishment and reduces the need for extra passes.
