A tidy ex-demonstration Weaving IR Drill, offering a versatile solution for establishing grass, cover crops and companion crops between existing crop rows. Designed primarily for inter-row drilling between maize, the adjustable coulter configuration also gives the machine the flexibility to establish a wider range of crops in no-till and min-till systems.

This machine features a 24-outlet distribution system feeding a single row of double-disc coulters, with adjustable row spacing to suit different crop and wheel configurations. Individual press wheels provide depth control and help ensure good seed-to-soil contact for consistent establishment.

Seed is carried in a 300-litre hopper and metered through the RDS Artemis Lite control system, with GPS forward-speed monitoring helping to maintain an accurate and consistent application rate as working speed changes. A hydraulically driven fan provides reliable pneumatic seed distribution while reducing the requirement for high tractor PTO speeds.
